The faculty is experienced, student friendly and ensure overall development of the students. To groom the students as successful engineers, many activities are conducted to give them exposure to real world of industry such as projects based on real industry problems, visits to modern industries, participation in student competitions etc. Students are encouraged to innovate and implement new ideas to provide engineering solutions.

Special efforts are taken to place students in good companies. Guidance is provided to students who wish to start their own ventures through Training & Placement Cell. In addition, many extracurricular activities are organized by students where they exhibit their talent in music, elocution and sports. Students also learn organizational and interpersonal skills.
